In order for any company to fulfill its mission and goals, it is important that all staff be provided with the necessary support and training opportunities to enable them to undertake their roles to the highest standard.

Nico Technologies’ Career Development Strategic Plan provides diverse training and educational opportunities for employee professional and personal development that relate to and support, both directly and indirectly, the company’s mission “Making IT more Convenient.”

• To develop and implement comprehensive, cohesive, ongoing strategic professional development plans which promote employee-centered learning as well as increase employee productivity.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT CORE COMPETENCE AREAS
 
Leadership:
Leadership training is aimed at providing employees with essential leadership skills that are valuable in numerous company initiatives. In addition, while many companies’s future leaders will come from the ranks of employees, Nico Tech believes that this group has often received little formal training in leadership, and the development of leadership skills is essential to leadership success.
 
Technology:

It is one of Nico Tech beliefs that keeping abreast of the constant changes and innovations in technology is essential for staff development and to maximize employee productivity.

 
Mentoring:
At Nico Technologies we also believe in mentoring. This is one of the most effective learning strategies in which the transfer of knowledge and skills that takes place in the mentor relationship. Work between seasoned employees and their juniors is a mutually beneficial relationship that also serves to foster collegiality and enhance departmental effectiveness. Besides, mentoring ensures continuity of support and development of any custom business application.
