Besides, Grant holds Bachelors of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Malawi, and a Diploma in Business Information Systems. Before joining Nico Technologies Ltd, Grant worked for Malawi Pharmacies from 1999 to 2001. Grant heads a team of young and agile consultants responsible for Life insurance and Investment systems.

Reginald Mononga has been working with ERP Systems for more than 10 years since completion of training at National College of Information and Technologies in 1996. Now majoring in ACCPAC ERP System, got qualified as a Certified Consultant in 2003. Joined Nico Technolgies Ltd in 2006 as a Senior ERP Systems Consultant. Before, worked for ICL Limited in 1996, National Bank of Malawi from 1996 to 2000, then from 2000 to 2004 worked for Afcor Ltd and then Gestetner Ltd from 2004 to 2006. Presently heads a team of 3 consultants as Managing Consultant
