NICO Technologies Ltd has adequately trained software engineers who have in depth knowledge and understanding of popular operating systems, databases and software development tools.
Since its inception the company has provided support on third party written software whose original developers could not provide adequate support in Malawi.
The company also develops and supports customized software solutions including websites.

Card and Imaging Technologies
NICO Technologies Ltd is the only company in Malawi providing this sort of service. Using Datacard hardware, ID Works and Microsoft Software, the company provides the only secure PVC based Identification solutions. The company has certified engineers to support this service.
The company also supplies its customers the hardware, software and accessories to produce secure PVC ID solutions in-house. These card solutions include storage of data or biometrics by way of magnetic strip encoding or smartcard chip. Security is provided via powerful encoding tools, image and biometrics capturing tools, laminations and holograms.


Consultancy Services
As part of consultancy services, NICO Technologies offers advisory and project management services to its clients on ICT related projects within its domain expertise.

Access Control Systems
NICO Technologies Ltd is probably the only organization that supplies integrated access control and fire detection systems. This includes door and gate access, CCTV, rapid response communication, fire detection and prevention, card and biometric readers, spring and magnetic locks, intercom,
etc.
Again these services are backed up by adequate supplies and certified technical support.
